How old do the children need to be?
Our Laser Wars starts from 4+ years and is designed for our younger children. Our Laser guns are super lightweight and easy to use. Perfect for the little soldiers. Our Nerf Wars is designed for children 6+ but younger children can join in by signing our Xtreme waiver.
Do I need to sign anything?
Yes we require all parents to sign our Xtreme waiver for their children. Also the parents of the party have a food waiver to sign.
Do you provide food or can we bring our own?
Unfortunately we don’t provide food for your party, but we do have a party room available for you to bring your own food.
Can parents stay and watch?
Parents are more than welcome to stay and watch all the children having fun. We have a large comfy seating area with TV, wifi and tea & coffee for you to relax in whilst your child has the best time ever.
Do I need to pay for the whole party straight away?
So we require a £50 deposit to secure your slot and then the remainder is due on the day before your party starts.
What happens after I’ve paid my deposit?
We will send out your party pack which includes your party details, map, party planning checklist and invitations for your guests.
Can I add more children to my package?
The maximum children we will have in our battle arena is 20. So for each additional child it will be £10 per person. Package 1 can add 4 people and package 2 can add 2 extra people.
Do we provide adult parties?
Yes we can provide adult parties, stag dos and hen parties.
Can we bring our own guns?
Yes you bring your own but don’t bring bullets as they will more then likely get lost, mixed up or damaged. As long as they take the same bullets as ours then that’s fine. We do have plenty of guns for you all to use anyway.
Do we need safety equipment?
No, Xtreme supply all safety equipment needed for your children to stay safe.
What time should we arrive?
We say arrive 15 minutes before your party just to get your food in and your guests to arrive.
Is parking available at the venue?
Yes, we offer FREE PARKING at our venue, ensuring a convenient and stress-free experience for all our guests.
Do you have baby changing facilities?
Absolutely! We understand the needs of parents and guardians, so we have well-equipped baby changing facilities to ensure comfort for you and your little ones.
Is the venue accessible for guests with disabilities?
Yes, our venue is designed with inclusivity in mind. We provide disabled access to accommodate all our guests, ensuring everyone can enjoy the party experience fully.
Can I purchase vouchers for birthday parties at your venue?
Certainly! We offer vouchers that make a perfect gift for friends and family. These vouchers can be used to book a memorable birthday party experience at our venue.
